[RTTY] 20m (NV) and 80m (ND) sked request

I need about 9 states in LoTW as well.  I've worked most of them, but
those stations just are in LoTW.

How about we pick a day of the week, time, and band and have a
"RTTY at contesting.com WAS LoTW net"?
