[RTTY] Help

Trying to get a friend N3ME on FSK, here is the setup

TS570D
Rascal R-MKV
MMTTY and N1MM Only trying to get MMTTY working first

I also have a 570D and set his to the same settings, can receive but on transmit the scope looks like it is keying OK but on the air tests  have only a carrier going out, so it seems the S/W is working but either the interface is not set up right or something is set wrong.

AFSK works OK though

Any suggestions?
