[RTTY] 2 x 4 Call Signs?

Longer lenght suffixes for special event calls have been approved by the ITU 
lately.

SY7ISDE was kinda beacon here in VE3 throughout the contest.

The fill QSLing data are in qrz.com. Briefly, Bureau is also OK.
