[RTTY] 2009 NAQP Rules Change Suggestions

Any/all suggestions for rule changes, in 2009 NAQP's, should be sent, prior 
to November 1, 2008. Please remember your suggestions should be applicable 
to all three (3) modes! Please send NAQP RTTY suggestions to me 
k4ww at arrl.net  and I will summarize them, for discussion, with K0AD, NCJ 
editor, and WA7BNM, NAQP CW/SSB manager.
I prefer to rely on the self-policing of NAQP RTTY participants to observe 
the NCDXF beacon frequency, 14.100, without having to make that frequency 
"off limits", in the rules.
