[RTTY] RTTY Greeting Day

A great idea! To keep it somewhat in the spirit of SKN, putting the
word out that everyone is encouraged to NOT use message buffers would
be fantastic. RTTY art between consenting operators would be fun,
however!

Side benefit: it's also a shakedown for the Roundup! See you then - jeff wk6i
