For what it's worth: When I worked at the local public library we had
a mix of Dell and other brands (HP, Gateway and some brands you never
heard of),  for public use, about 25 computers altogether. they ran
8-10 hours a day for years at a time. The Dells were by far the most
reliable, although HP was pretty good. The Gateways were awful.
