[RTTY] setup question

Asked earler and got great help, but was unable to solve the problem.  This is what i have to work with:

Yeasu ft-847
Buxcomm Rascal interface for VHS and HF
using MMTTY ver 1.65D
windows XP home

chatted with Jim WB5AAA and Roy K1RY, it was recommended that i put this info here and see if any body has any ideas.  It now does not transmit afsk and still trying to get the software to work correctly. any help from some with like equipment.
