[RTTY] Mexico Intl results?

Well that's another to add to the black list along with UK-DX RTTY. These 
sponsors should take a leaf out of the DARC book, WAE RTTY was in November, 
results out in January, not only is every one  listed in their categories, 
but there is a Soapbox and a photo gallery. The cherry on the cake is the 
ability to print out your own certificate. Typical German efficiency.
