[RTTY] ZS8 Marion Island On RTTY soon!!??

Apparently Petrus has been donated some quite serious equipment for his next
venture (on Bouvet he only had an old IC-735 and a vertical, no amplifier or
PC or anything else for that matter) and according to his pilot station Rhy
ZS6DXB he will also be active on RTTY this time!

Rhy ZS6DXB was very active on 15m as a SOSB HP entry in this past weekend's
contest, getting some first-hand experience at operating RTTY pileups so as
to pass on hints and tips to Petrus before his trip to Marion - apparently
later this year. There are also well-advanced plans for a team of South
African operators to join Petrus on the island during his spell there for a
full-blown operation. Negotiations are ongoing in this regard, and are far
from secured due to the sensitive environmental issues involved.

All in all though, it's looking good for at least SOME RTTY activity from
ZS8!!
