Hi Mike,

I asked Paul about this yesterday.  He hasn't responded yet.

It looks like a change might be needed.  I tried by enabling all bands and
modes in my WPX preferences and did a submission.  It submitted QSOs for the
WARC-79 bands OK (12/17/30) but did not submit ANY QSOs for RTTY.
