MK2R+ gets its digital mode audio from the ACCC1 jack.  Other 
than simply feeding the PK232 from the speaker or pin 8 of the 
mic jack, the only way to pick up audio is to build an 8-pin 
DIN "Y" cable or similar cable adapter to break out the audio 
from pins 5 (audio) and 2 (ground).

Be careful connecting parallel loads at pin 5.  The output 
impedance is relatively high (4.7K).  Connecting a low 
impedance device in parallel with a high impedance device 
can result in unpredictable performance.
