[RTTY] Character Wait and Microham RTTY

Hi Phil and all.

If You notice, our neighbor I1COB, also sending in unusual  way,  
sounds  like Double shift  checked  ON , but
who knows.  Anyway, he is many times winner in pileups with this "slow 
TTY" and a  lot of QSOs in contests.
MMTTY is like a  "Rubiks cube" for me :-) . Still for me some unclear 
settings under Decoder tab.....
