[RTTY] Need some networking help

Check this out. It may be the source of the problem. I'm also looking for a different fix I used on my home network. There's a registry key change but I can't remember the precise info. I'll get back with that when I find it again.

I have similar problems and it seems to be tied into group policies.  I will be interested in some expert advice here, too.
