[RTTY] ARRL RU Pictures and rate charts

You were almost there.  Hit copy.  Then shrink Writelog and open Paint.  Start--Programs--Acces--Paint.  Then in Paint
Edit Paste, then File Save as w3wkr_ru.jpg

As I received a couple of these I am replying to the list so all will know.
