[RTTY] Finished WAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Confirming them is the hard part.  I finished working all 50 states 9 
months ago.  But, I was standing at 50 worked, 49 confirmed for 6 
months.  Until this morning - I finally got NV confirmed in LoTW for a 
QSO in the NAQP RTTY last night!
