[RTTY] N1MM Logger RTTY changes

Great news! It's about time they figured out RTTY contesting.  Writelog has had the "next" or "now" feature for years!

In the past when I asked the N1MM team for improvements or gave suggestions, they had the attitude "if that feature was needed we would have included it in out software". In other words... "If we wanted your opinion, we'd give it to you".

It's not just for tail-enders...  Having the feature is a requirement for effectively working a "pile up" which is the norm rather than the exception.
