[RTTY] LotW - wow

Hi Peter

Yeah, the RTTTY op's are great for QSL'ing.

Someone gave me the last 2 states I needed for 20 meters.  Not sure, but 
think one was K3KO in NC and one other one I haven't found yet.

I did a CW contest a couple of weeks ago and hardly any QSL's on LOTW.  73
