[RTTY] Zone 23

Condx were not the greatest this morning on 20M and I don't normally sit
around calling CQ DX, but this morning it paid off.  I called for about 15
mins beaming over the pole and UA0YAY answered my call.  This was a new zone
for me on RTTY.

Still need Zones 2, 21, 22, 24, 28 & 34.  If anyone is out there and would
