[RTTY] Multiplier problem

Yes Scott, I had the same problem with IS0LFZ. He gave me OG and not is WL.
Mark it down, put any other available Prov from the list.

After the Contest, edit it in you Log and put the real Province. Writelog is
not updated at some point, I think
