Fast Log Entry (FLE) - by DF3CB (http://www.df3cb.com/fle.html)
actually looks like a pretty good way of digitizing paper logs.  Was
discussed on the LoTW list a while back.

Of course, anything since WF1B days should be convertible to ADIF, and
so can be signed and uploaded to LoTW.
