[RTTY] 559 in CQ WW RTTY

Hi Joe,

Yes, one K0xx ,  not K0BX ;-)  , station give 559 - think we copy 
correct, to show up that we are not so loud,
 and someone UA9xx give 588  maybe try to tell that we are loud but bad 
quality signal.
