I have the same problem, Dick.  I sent E-mail to the webmaster a week or two ago and never got a reply.  Let me know how you make out!

I went to the above web site to up date my confirmed RTTY contacts via LoTW
and can't get in because I forgot my password. I do not find a way to assign
another password. I tried to register again and it tells me I am already
registered. How do I get my pass word or change it to a new one I can
remember ?
