[RTTY] N1MM bug

If you are planning to use N1MM Logger in the upcoming Russian contest
this weekend, there appears to be a bug in the latest version, 8.8.2.
The ESM (Enter Sends Macor) function does not work when trying to send
the exchange macro. It works ok on the CQ and TU macros, just not the
exchange. 

I reloaded an older version, 8.6.1, and that works ok. I reported the
bug to the N1MM reflector.
