[RTTY] CQ 'ing CQ WW RTTY

Greetings.  Some what new to RTTY contesting.  I have only been in a 
couple of small ones so far.  This is my first big RTTY contesting, and 
first CQ WW RTTY.  On top of that, I have a new call to break in. 

My question is how do they usually CQ?  CQ WW, or CQ Test, or CQ WW DX?  
Seems like CQ WW makes the most sense.  Just trying to get macro's 
setup.  Really looking forward to this weekend.
