Trey confirmed my suspicion.  The log submittal robot requires the QSO
format in the Cabrillo log to match the example on the Cabrillo web site.
In other words the exchange order must be RST ZN ST.

>From what you said, it sounds like your software will create a proper
Cabrillo file as long as you type the exchange in this order into your
logger's data entry window.  Don't worry about the order it is sent to you,
just enter it such that the subsequent Cabrillo log is correct.
