[RTTY] Why QR for the section????

QR is simply 14 without the figs shift character. Welcome to RTTY!

Seriously, the RTTY character set consists of figures and letters,
both sent by the same key on the keyboard. The difference between the
two is whether a "figs' or ''ltrs' shift is sent first. Often in radio
communication the 'figs' or 'ltrs' shift is lost due to QRM or fading
and the other, incorrect character prints. You can translate from one
to the other by looking at your keyboard's top two rows, not counting
the F-keys. Notice that under and to the right of each number key is a
corresponding letter key. For example, under and to the right of the 1
is the Q. Under and to the right of the 4 is the R. That's where your
QR came from.
