[RTTY] Jamming takes a giant step backwards

Almost as much fun as the guy IDing himself as KZ8O sending "no corntesters" 
over and over on RTTY.
I'm glad I was only in it to give away a few points, was too busy with the 
honeydoo list this weekend.
