No, no ... you're missing my point. The rules say one thing and the
sample Cabrillo file says another (which I did not look at because I
ASSumed the exchange listed in the rules was correct).
Has nothing to do with N1MM or any other logging program and
everything to do with inconsistencies in CQ's announcement. The two
should describe the same thing and did not.

Right, so it's *critical* (well, as critical as you can get in a game
with no prize :-) that they correctly describe what they want in the
rules. Again, I don't care what the order is, but they need to
describe it correctly.
