Tom, I don't know what a DXD is, but yes fldigi can be setup to do SO2R.

You can run 2 instances of fldigi, I would have tested it, but I only 
have 1 rig. I tried to recruit volunteers to test SO2R, but no one 
stepped up to the plate.
