[RTTY] Thanks to the ARRL, KX9X & N2FF!

Yesterday I received a package containing an ARRL RTTY Roundup plaque for 2009 Winner Delta Division Single Operator Low Power
sponsored by Frank Fallon, N2FF.  It was a huge surprise because I didn't even know the Delta Low Power plaque was sponsored.  So a
big thanks to Frank for sponsoring the plaque.  Also thanks to Sean KX9X, the ARRL contest branch manager along with everyone behind
the scenes that make this contest happen.

I'm greatly looking forward to January 2, 2010!
