[RTTY] TS2000

I am trying to help a local get on RTTY, he has a 2000, Rig Blaster Pro and we are using MMTTY.

It is not shifting, just a carrier, receive is fine, PTT is OK, but just a carrier.

Any ideas?  Some time ago I saw something on here about the same problem.
