[RTTY] [WriteLog] FMRE (XE) CONTEST

Hi John:

Its not a part of the WL modules..you need to use the third party 
add-ins.  listed as FMRE International RTTY Contest in the New Log 
Selector Panel.

But in the WL files listing inside programs folder it is listed as 
MexRTTY. 

I used the add-ins from the AA5AU site since it looked to be a newer 
update.  Once you have them on your pc, you only need to use the  ones 
you want.
