To the best of my knowledge, no one has ever Worked All Zones on either 80
or 160 meter RTTY. With some dedicated effort is should be possible on 80
but whether it will ever be accomplished on 160 remains to be seen. 

Also, although the ARRL does not issue an official certificate, to the best
of my knowledge no one has ever claimed to have Worked All Sates on 160
meter RTTY. I know of a few stations who have worked about half of the fifty
states. (I have 24)

I don't want to sound too optimistic here but I think I may be able to 
use the existing soundcard after all.

Finally took some good advice to the effect that Vista will not allow 
the apps to recognize the sound card until something was connected to 
it, other than the speakers apparently.

I found some cables I could run across the room from the MFJ Interface 
to the new computer and BINGO!, the sound chip was recognized.  I was 
able to see activity but without the rest of the hookup I could not 
transmit. I could see diddles and it appeared that Digipan would also be 
able to transmit.

I'll decide whether I'm stupid or just lazy, once I see if everything 
works once I replace the old computer with the new one over the weekend.

Keeping my fingers crossed.  I'll post my results once I see if it 
works.

	Congratulations Both Sue and Dick on the achievement.
I'm still a bit away here. Got back to Michigan and find a
Large Computer Problem and just got it back to a functioning condition..
I Don't work much Phone so this might be a long one for me but I'll
let this one happen. Thanks to the Club I got the WAS-RTTY & DXCC
using your support and my tiny little station here, I'm sure this one
