[RTTY] does anyone listen any more?

Like W6WRT I too have a similar macro. I often find that people don't 
add the "/4" to my call when I have to use the "/4" in some contests.

It happens. I have a macro that says MY CALL IS W6WRT W6WRT W6WRT.

That seems to get their attention.
