[RTTY] indicate your state in LOTW setup

I just set up a new account 'Triple Play' on my LOTW page, in addition to 
the regular one I have been using.

When I now upload logs, will it send them to both accounts or just the new 
one.  I'm still working on 5BWAS on the original.  73 and HY.
