[RTTY] State in LOTW

I started year 2009 with North Dakota QSO/QSL-thanks to Dwayne, KD4POJ.

Interesting they make up in LoTW for Triple Play a separate line when you
check your award status, called Triple Play, also mark it as DATA in
addition to RTTY.
