Are you an ARRL member & LoTW participant?

If so what logging program do you use?

I am happy with the Dxlabs logger (Dxkeeper) which handles all the QSL
activities including LoTW.

Hopefully you accurately logged the contact info freq & time. If you logged
the RU contest manually  then you need to retype into a logging program and
upload it to your LoTW account.
You can't do anything if the log isn't in electronic form.
