That is correct.  The robot used your ARRL section to identify your  
location.  USA/Canada need not specify a Cabrillo "Location" entry for  
the Roundup.

As Miura-san said (thanks for the DC mult for yet another year, Masa),  
the robot will accept "Location: IN".  It just won't take "USA."   
"Location" is redundant once you have specified your ARRL section.
