[RTTY] FW: question about delay

Steve,
You gave me the answer. But, there was more to it than too many spaces
between the call and the {RX}. I changed those to just one space and it made
some difference. But, I also found that I had several spaces after the {RX}
and by reducing those to just one space, the drop out from TX to RX was
almost instant. Evidently by putting several spaces after the RX it was
causing a longer delay before dropping out. I guess I put extra spaces
after the TX to separate the message from the garbage. Anyway, thanks for
putting me on the right track.
73 and thanks to all who replied to my question, especially Bill, W6WRT.

Dick, Bill (W6WRT) gave you some good suggestions to take a look at.
One that I have found when setting up the macro is to have to many (or
any spaces) at the end of the macro before the {RX}.
EXAMPLE
{ENTER}{TX} CQ TEST DE AB0LR AB0LR {RX} -----BAD ONE
{ENTER}{TX} CQ TEST DE AB0LR AB0LR{RX} ------GOOD ONE
Just another thing to take a look at Dick. Hope it helps out.
