[RTTY] BARTG Sprint

no, it's not similar to the NA Sprint. That contest has qsy rules that 
prevent you from running on one freq, the BARTG Sprint does not....it's 
called a sprint (I guess) because you only send the serial number (regular 
BARTG you send time also) and it's only 24 hrs....
