Regarding Ed's question #4: My FCC license specifies my location as
Illinois. Do I use N7US or must I use N7US/9? If the latter, I won't
participate, as it complicates LOTW, requiring a separate certificate.

1. The 2009 BARTG Sprint rules define four Classes (SOE, SOAB, MO and SWL)
and state that "SOAB entrants may only change band once in any 5 minute
period." Does this restriction apply to the SOE category as well?

2. Does the MO class allow any number of concurrent signals and/or
operators? Any restriction, such as only one signal per band? How are
serial numbers to be assigned: by band, by transmitter, or single stream for
all bands/transmitters?

3. It is stated that "Duplicate contacts on the same band must be clearly
marked." Then, it says "Logs must be submitted in Cabrillo format ...", but
the Cabrillo format does no provide for marking dupes. Does the first
statement no longer apply?

4. It is stated that "U.S. stations must use correct call or suffix for
area of operation." Does this also apply for JA, VE and VK stations?
