[RTTY] BARTG Sprint 2009 and TPA WAS

I missed BARTG SPRINT this year. Was focused on WAS TPA award and yesterday
worked my last one - SD on SSB.

Started with ND (thanks to Dwayne KD4POJ) on RTTY on January 1st 2009 and
finished with SD on SSB (thanks to Dave KE0WM) yesterday.

These two Dakotas were two most hardest States for me. And SSB mode was most
difficult to complete, RTTY was the easiest mode for me, hi!
