[RTTY] Worst / best NAQP exchanges

A wag of the finger to the guy who sent "NAME-STATE-NAME-STATE" using 
dashes instead of spaces to separate them.  I could not get WriteLog to 
recognize the parts of the exchange using mouse clicks, and had to 
resort to typing them in by hand.

A tip of the hat to K9SEX whose name was RUFF.  Anyone for rough sex?
