[RTTY] Micro Ham Digi Keyer

None of the CW decoding programs appear to be compatible with 
microHAM DigiKeyer or microKEYER II for sending CW.  Any of 
the interfaces can be used for decoding by treating the built-in 
soundcard as you would any other soundcard.
