A Valentine's Day sort of evening prior to WPX RTTY is helpful, though not a
clean substitute, as I am clearly informed.  In addition, I left a card, a
couple gifts and some flowers on her side of the bed before I got on the
plane for Aruba Tuesday prior to WPX RTTY.  When she found all that, I
received an email reprieve on my BlackBerry in Miami that I could return
home after the contest.
