[RTTY] BARTG questions

As a bit of a newbie here I hope I can ask a couple of simple questions.

 

I am contemplating having a play in the BARTG contest in a couple of weeks,
getting myself re-acquainted with N1MM and MMTTY and so far all looks to be
good. Reading through the rules I see no mention of either power levels or
assisted operation. Can somebody please clarify:

 

a.       Are there different categories for power?

b.      Is an active cluster connection permitted?
