[RTTY] BARTG contests

Just a reminder that the contest this weekend is the BARTG HF RTTY (not the Sprint) so make sure you set up your logging for the right one. The log must have RST, Serial and Time both sent and received. If you get it wrong you will only log the serial numbers and won't get in the results.
