[RTTY] RTTY contesting on 160 meters

Hey Don you read my mind. 80-6 meters are not serious bands, RTTY is not as 
serious mode and RTTY contesting on 160 meters is disrespectful.

Some of my fellow RTTY contesters think in unusual ways?! :<))
