[RTTY] AFSK vs FSK question

Not really a problem, just don't overdrive your audio.  AFSK and FSK
are indistinguishable on the air ... as long as you don't overdrive
the audio.

On my IC746Pro, I just needed the correct cable for my RigBlaster+ and
MMTTY did the rest - no TU needed.
