[RTTY] Mak RTTY Contest bogus logs

I've received valid eQSL confirmations from this past weekends contest I
haven't received any bogus eQSL contacts. I'd contact the club/call and see
if they have an explanation.

We'll see if I can sneak some time into the JARTS WW RTTY contest this
weekend.
